A great brunch or Sunday breakfast casserole, sure to be a hit!
My mom's bread pudding recipe is one of my faves! I decided to use the base of her recipe and merge it with my blueberry french toast recipe to create this breakfast casserole.
It is a hit with my family! I usually make it for a weekend breakfast but it could easily be prepped the night before and then made on a weekday. We like to top it with syrup and whipped cream and I made it this weekend with soft scrambled eggs and chicken sausage. YUM!
